Ged Ramsdale 4th Dan

Ged Ramsdale 4th Dan NVQ Level 3 Coach

He was born in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, in 1957, and is the chief instructor and founder of the New Spirit School of Ju Jitsu.  Ged was educated here in Derbyshire, firstly as a chef in the catering industry, then worked in the chemical industry followed by quarry work, and then the Jewellery investment industry.

He has more recently completed an HNC in computing and started along the long track of teacher training. Currently he is self employed, and teaches courses in Health and Safety, and Security.

With very little time spare he runs New Spirit along with his senior instructor Nigel Goodwin.

Ged has three children, all now grown up, though only the youngest Andrew holds a Black Belt.
